This newly in 2017 built dream house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is located in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac overlooking the Hibiscus golf course. Due to its central location, you can reach numerous restaurants and shops in just a few minutes.
The spacious house has an air-conditioned living space of 2.150 ft², a total of 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms having a king size double beds, the other two bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds or a queen size bed.
The 30 feet long saltwater pool and spa is ideally located to the southwest overlooking the golf course. Here you can relax during the day and in the evening enjoy the sunset with a cool drink or a barbecue.
The pool area is secured by a pool alarm on the patio door for children.

This newly built spacious and bright villa is located directly on the Hibiscus Golf Course in the Lely Resort. For golfers a paradise! The pool is ideally located to the southwest with covered patio overlooking the expansive golf course. Here you can enjoy fantastic sunsets with a cool drink on the terrace.
Quiet location in a dead end street, but still central to numerous restaurants and shopping. The large supermarket Publix can be reached in about 1 mile and Downtown and the beach at Naples Pier are only about 6 miles away.
This location offers pure relaxation and still fun and entertainment in the immediate vicinity!

In der Villa Hibiscus haben wir einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus verfügt über alle
wünschenswerten Ansprüche. Der Pool hat für Jung und Alt eine wunderbare Größe.
Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
