The large pool area has a sun terrace and a covered terrace and is fully equipped with screen for protection against insects and thus allows a cozy outdoor living by the pool until late into the night. The terrace is partially covered, so you can relax in the shade or in the sun.
The living area is spacious and open. The fully equipped modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cozy cooking evenings. The adjoining dining area offers enough space for the whole family.
The master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom has its own access to the pool area.

The very good infrastructure allows the use of amenities in the immediate vicinity, such as restaurants, various supermarkets with fresh food or enjoy the nightlife at the exclusive Mercato Center.

You can get bread rolls in the morning comfortably by bicycle. Dunkin Donuts with super fresh donuts and muffins can be reached with the bike. For dinner you can choose between steak, pizza, pasta, fish, etc., because the surrounding restaurants (Mercato Center with nightlife and many restaurants) are reachable by bike or are even within walking distance.
If you want to go to a bar or pub in the evening, or if you want to go to the cinema, then you should also visit the nearby Mercato Center, which is 10 minutes away by bike or 5-7 minutes by car (free parking available).
The location of this comfortable villa is optimal. Within a radius of only 1 mile you will find all important destinations (beach, supermarket, numerous restaurants, shopping center, cinema, etc.)
You can enjoy your 'holiday rest' in a quiet residential area undisturbed by the private pool or you can reach the mile-long beach within walking distance or with the free of charge available bicycles in a few minutes (about 1 mile).
On the other hand, there are also the amenities of a very good infrastructure in the immediate vicinity, as you can just as quickly be at restaurants or at the supermarket or enjoy the nightlife of the exclusive Naples in the Mercato Center, in the trendy Blue Mar Bar or the Irish Pub. Right at the entrance of the housing estate is 'Dunkin Donuts' with great fresh donuts and muffins just two blocks away (5 minutes by bike). For dinner you can choose between steak, pizza, pasta, fish, etc., because the surrounding restaurants are also within walking distance or reachable by car in 8-10 minutes (depending on the choice of the restaurant).
